چکیده

In Mexico, agriculture in semi-arid regions is highly dependent on groundwater resources, where most of the aquifers’ characterization a pending task. particular, depth to basement unknown for Mexican territory. Hence, development and performance new techniques relief estimation imperative further hydrogeological studies. this paper, we present using non-linear gravimetric inversion employing satellite data. Gravity forward modeling was implemented both gravitational attraction due juxtapositioned blocks conjugate gradient least squares minimize objective function terms model. All took place under sparse system framework. We synthetic result SEG-Bishop model taken calibration purposes. Then, recollected gravity data from The Satellite Geodesy group SCRIPPS an unconfined aquifer northern-central region Zacatecas, Mexico. Both were recovered, consistent models cases presented, comparison with conventional linear density performed.

Automatic estimation of regularization parameter by active constraint balancing method for 3D inversion of gravity data

Gravity data inversion is one of the important steps in the interpretation of practical gravity data. The inversion result can be obtained by minimization of the Tikhonov objective function. The determination of an optimal regularization parameter is highly important in the gravity data inversion. In this work, an attempt was made to use the active constrain balancing (ACB) method to select the...

a new type-ii fuzzy logic based controller for non-linear dynamical systems with application to 3-psp parallel robot

abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...

Application of Cauchy-type integrals in developing effective methods for depth-to-basement inversion of gravity and gravity gradiometry data

One of the most important applications of gravity surveys in regional geophysical studies is determining the depth to basement. Conventional methods of solving this problem are based on the spectrum and/or Euler deconvolution analysis of the gravity field and on parameterization of the earth’s subsurface into prismatic cells. We have developed a new method of solving this problem based on 3D Ca...
